The above rate is NOT inclusive of:
- If bank payment, remittance charges in Company Dollar Account: USD 30 per transaction. While transferring please select all charges borne by self.
- If paid by Visa / Master card - additional 3% charges on total billing. If paid by American Express card - additional 4% charges on total billing.
- Tips to driver & guide, porterage, cigarettes, laundry, telephone calls, Mini- bar at hotel etc. or any personal expenses
- Any peak season surcharge - if any Airfare.
- Anything which is not included in the inclusion list.
Hotel’s Check-in / Checkout Policy:
- Standard check-in time 1500 hrs. & Check-out 1200 hrs
- Early Check-in / late Check-out is subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in / out and would be charged extra as perhotel policy.

- Any amendments in the dates of travel or number of passengers will attract a re-quote. Prices are subject to change unless booked and paid for in advance.
- Kindly note that the driver will wait at the arrivals for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight arrives
- The confirmation of the twin beds / King Bed / Queen Bed will be provided based on the availability
- Any special requests like smoking rooms, non-smoking rooms, rooms on higher floors, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, large bed / View of the rooms will always be subject to availability upon check in.
